4. Candidate Responsibilities

By registering or applying through our website or representatives, candidates agree to:

  1. Provide complete and accurate personal, professional, and educational details.

  2. Submit genuine documents (ID, passport, experience letters, certificates, etc.).

  3. Respond promptly to communication regarding interviews, documentation, and visa processes.

  5. Not engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation during recruitment.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers or overseas partners engaging our services agree to:

  1. Provide accurate job descriptions, qualification requirements, and compensation details.

  2. Ensure that all offers, employment contracts, and work permits comply with the destination country’s labor laws.

  3. Pay agreed service fees and related charges as per contract or invoice.

  4. Treat all recruited workers fairly and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

6. Service Fees & Payments

  • For Employers: Service fees, recruitment charges, and other costs are communicated clearly through a written agreement or invoice before project initiation.

  • For Candidates: We do not charge candidates illegal recruitment fees. Any applicable charges (such as documentation or processing fees) are disclosed transparently in compliance with government guidelines.

  • Payments must be made only to the official company account — we are not responsible for any payment made to unauthorized individuals or agents.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once services such as document processing, interview coordination, or visa submission have begun, payments made are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued only if A Three Global Worldwide is unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault or operational constraints.

  • No refund will be issued for candidate withdrawal, false documentation, or non-cooperation during the recruitment process.
