Simple. Transparent. Reliable.

Our Process

End-to-end recruitment, explained clearly.

Step 1 — Requirement Discovery

We meet with the employer to define roles, headcount, skills, certifications, salary bands, benefits, deployment country, and timeline. We also confirm compliance notes (work permits, quotas, local labor rules).

Step 2 — Sourcing Strategy & Launch

We design a country-wise sourcing plan (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines), publish role briefs, activate our representative network, and begin targeted outreach through databases, referrals, trade schools, and job boards.

Step 3 — Screening & Shortlisting

Profiles are verified for identity, experience, and skills. We conduct preliminary interviews, trade/skill tests (as needed), and English or local-language checks. Only matched candidates move forward.

Step 4 — Employer Interviews

We schedule employer rounds (virtual or in-person), manage time-zones, share interview packs (CVs, test results), collect feedback, and refine the shortlist until final selections are agreed.

Step 5 — Offer, Contract & Document Collection

We issue LOIs/offer letters, explain terms to candidates, and collect all documents: passport, photos, education/work proofs, medical fitness, PCC (police clearance), and any country-specific forms.

Step 6 — Compliance, Medicals & PCC

We coordinate mandatory medical examinations, vaccinations (if required), and police clearances. Any skill certifications or notarizations needed by the destination country are organized here.

Step 7 — Visa & Work Permit Processing

Our documentation team prepares and submits visa/work-permit files, coordinates with embassies/consulates, tracks application status, and keeps both employer and candidate updated until approval.

Step 8 — Pre-Departure Orientation

Candidates receive country, culture, and workplace briefings; role expectations; safety guidelines; accommodation details; do’s & don’ts; and paperwork checklist (tickets, insurance, contracts, contacts).

Step 9 — Travel, Arrival & Onboarding

We arrange flights and airport assistance, share arrival manifests with the employer, and support first-day onboarding (ID cards, inductions, accommodation handover). Any early settling issues are handled promptly.

Step 10 — Post-Placement Support & Feedback

After joining, we stay in touch with both sides to ensure performance and satisfaction, resolve concerns quickly, and gather feedback to improve retention and future hiring cycles.
